Rossford Councilman Christopher Heban, 40, is facing three misdemeanor charges, stemming from a traffic stop on March 17.
According to Perrysburg Municipal Court records, the councilman was charged with one count of operating a vehicle under the influence, and one count of hit and skip, both first degree misdemeanors; and failure to control, a minor misdemeanor. He did not submit to a DUI test.
