Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers advocate for the best interest of children who have experienced abuse and neglect, most of whom are in foster care.

Residents may participate in a virtual volunteer information session to learn the role of CASA volunteers and how to become involved in Wood County. The program will give information and answer questions for those interested in volunteering now or at a later date. Those unable to attend a session, or would prefer a one-on-one conversation about this volunteer opportunity, may call 419-352-3554 or send an email to casa@woodcountyohio.gov.
