The Commons senior independent living community will host an art show Saturday, May 7, from 1 to 3 p.m.

The show will comprise local artist and resident Rudolph Schroeder’s ink over acrylic original drawings.

“This nationally acclaimed artist has created a drawing on display at the Statue of Liberty and owned by national celebrities,” according to Jennifer Douglas, marketing coordinator.
