Variances approved for Circle K project
The Rossford Planning Commission has approved five variances for a preliminary site plan for the proposed Circle K gas station/convenience store in the Crossroads.
At an August 19 meeting, the commission heard from Roger DeHoek and Jesse DeLarca, representatives of the developer of the property at the corner of State Route 795 and Crossroads Parkway.
They requested a review of parking spaces, landscaping, mounding, the detention pond and the amount of trees proposed for the site.
