Roberta (Todd) Weaver, 89, of Rossford, died September 20, 2017, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo Center. She was born December 12, 1927, in West Point, Tennessee, to Broadus and Bertha (Andrews) Todd. She married William Marshall Weaver on December 23, 1947, and he recently died on July 13th. His death broke her heart and most likely contributed to her declining health. Roberta loved to cook and tend to her vegetable garden and flowers. She was a longtime member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church and was one of the 13 charter members. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Gentry, J. D. and Joel Todd; sister, Dorothy Jean Robertson; niece, Julia (Todd) Keeton, and son-inlaw, Daniel Nichpor. She is survived by son, Stanley (Linda) Weaver and daughter, Judy Nichpor; grandsons, Preston (Rebecca) Baker, Wesley (Sarah Stewart/ Skylar Zarecky) Baker and Jeremy (Traci) Weaver; great-grandchildren Noah, Kylie and Sydney Baker and Anne and Aria Weaver; sisters- in-law, Mattie Ruth Todd and Arthieal Todd, and several nieces and nephews. Visitation was held September 24, at the Witzler- Shank Funeral Home, 222 East South Boundary Street, Perrysburg (419-874-3133). Funeral services were held September 25, at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 605 Glenwood Road, Rossford. Interment was in Highland Memory Gardens, Waterville. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or the Wood County Committee on Aging.
