Frank Black, 95, of Toledo, passed away on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at the University of Toledo Medical Center. Frank was born in Tyre, Michigan, on October 21, 1922. He was married to Edith J. (Morelock) Black who preceded him in death. Frank served in the United States Army during World War II. He enjoyed hunting, auto racing and taking trips to the casino. He is survived by his loving sons, William (Karen) Black, Tracy (Michael Wheeler) Black; granddaughter, Crystal Black; three greatgrandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; three step-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife; daughter, Fonda Black; four brothers; one sister, and parents. Friends were received on Friday, October, 27, at Witzler- Shank Funeral Home, 222 East South Boundary Street, Perrysburg (419-874- 3133). Burial was private.
