Daniel J. Vasquez
Daniel J. Vasquez, 59, of Toledo, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Sunday February 4, 2018. He was born on December 18, 1958, to the late Tino L. and Mary M. (Ruiz) Vasquez. Daniel worked at the Ford Plant in Maumee as a material handler for 30 years, retiring in 2007. He enjoyed riding his Harley, playing with his grandchildren, golfing, bowling, playing horseshoes, cornhole, and ping-pong. Daniel was crazy about working outside in his yard, euchre and poker. He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Darlene Vasquez; children, Daniel “D.J.” (Tracy) Vasquez, David (Tiffany) Vasquez, Jacob (Katie) Harris, and Chelsey (J.J.) Miller; grandchildren, Pilar, Kaleigh, Cheyenne, McKenzie, McKennzie, Colton, Adilynn, Maizie and Samuel; siblings, Tina, ED, Rosemary and Patti, and also many nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends. Visitation was held from 2 to 5 p.m. on Saturday February 10, at David R. Jasin- Hoening Funeral Home, 5300 North Summit Street, Toledo.
