Rosemary is survived by her son, Brian (Karen) Kotula of Bowling Green; brother, Ted Marczak, and granddaughters, Stacy (Corey) Stulpin and Andrea (fiancé Zachary Kosek) Kotula. In addition to her husband Jay of 45 years, she is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Daniel Ross. Family and friends were received on Saturday, January 6, at the Marsh Funeral Home, 4094 State Route 105, Pemberville, Ohio. The Troy-Webster American Legion Auxiliary #240 and Troy-Webster American Legion Post #240 held an organizational walk-through. There was a brief time of prayer and reflection upon conclusion of the visitation, with Pastor William Hutflies officiating. A bereavement luncheon was served at the Troy-Webster American Legion Post #240, Luckey, following the memorial service.
