Bill Geha honored as top counselor of the decade

Bill Geha, Springfield Schools drug and alcohol abuse counselor, was honored recently with a U.S. flag flying over the U.S. Capitol.

The flag, presented to Mr. Geha afterward, was in recognition of his being named national top counselor of the decade by the International Association of Top Professionals.
