PYSA fall registration under way, deadline August 9

Perrysburg Youth Soccer Association (PYSA) fall registration is under way. The registration deadline for the fall season is Saturday, August 9. Late registrations will not receive priority for coach and practice assignment requests.
Fees for the fall season are $45 per player and $20 for a new or replacement shirt.
Open registration for PYSA will be held Saturday, August 9, from 9:30 a.m. to noon, at Way Public Library.
Registration forms are available at the library and on the Web site www.per rysburgyouthsoccer.com. Mail-in registration is accepted.
The 13th annual “Perrysburg Soccer Kick-Off” opening day will be held on Saturday, September 13, at Rivercrest Park. Each soccer team will play a full game on opening day and team pictures will be scheduled. Games begin at 8 a.m.
The season concludes on Saturday, October 18.
Teams are available for boys and girls, starting with preshcool children through high school.
Following are the age divisions and commissioners for the fall season: Preschool, Lisa Traxler. Boys–kindergarten, Steve Traxler; first grade, Tracy Schmitz; second grade, Heather Achenbach; third and fourth grade, Aaron Simon; fifth and sixth grade, Kim Mills, and seventh through 12th grade, Crystal Jomaa. Girls–kindergarten, Ashley Thomas; first grade, Kim Haynes; second grade, Chris Keane; third and fourth grade, Kim Navarette; fifth and sixth grade, Sean Hineline; seventh and eighth grade, Steve Traxler, and nine through 12th grade, Crystal Jomaa.
The PYSA officers are Kim Haynes, vice president; Kim Mills, secretary and Cathy Sims, treasurer and coach coordinator..
Support commissioners include Janet Smith, field scheduler, Dana Patchen, referee coordinator, and Cathy Rudebock, equipment.
